Manipur Assembly Election Constituency/ Candidate Wise Result 2017

Manipur Legislative Assembly has a 60 seats in Assembly Legislative with a term of five years. The results of the election will be announced on 11 march 2017. The term of current Legislative Assembly ends on March 18, 2017. Dr T Meinya Singh and Shri Thangso Baite represent Manipur in the Lok Sabha. The main political parties in the state are the Indian National Congress, the Bhartiya Janata Party, and the Communist party of India. In 1968, the Manipur People’s Party was formed and it won seats in 2007 assembly elections.

About Manipur Legislative Assembly (Vidhan Sabha)

The first Manipur State Vidhan Sabha was elected in July 1948 on the basis of adult franchise and it consisted of 53 members. It was, however, dissolved in October, 1949 when Manipur was merged with the Dominion Government of India. Manipur became a part C state and it was administered by the President of India through a Chief Commissioner or Lieutenant Governor who acted as the president’s agent.

Manipur became a Union Territory of India under the Union Territorial Council Act, 1956. Under the Act, election of 30 members to the Manipur Territorial Council was held in 1957. The Territorial Council was eventually converted into the Territorial Legislative Assembly in June 1963. It comprised 30 elected and 2 nominated members. Manipur was conferred full statehood through the North-Eastern Areas (Re-organization) Act, 1971 on 21 January, 1972. The Manipur State Legislative Assembly now has 60 members. The normal tenure of the Assembly is five years, unless dissolved sooner.

मणिपुर विधान सभा चुनाव 2017 के निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिणाम अभी तक नहीं निकले है | इनके परिणाम 11 मार्च, 2017 तक निकालेंगे | मणिपुर विधान सभा चुनाव 2017 4 फरवरी से 2 फेज में शुरू किये गए थे | मणिपुर विधान सभा चुनाव 2017 ख़तम हो चुके है | यहाँ हमने मणिपुर विधान सभा चुनाव 2017 के निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिणाम INC/ BJP और साम्यवादी पार्टी दिया है |

मणिपुर में शनिवार को पहले चरण के तहत 38 विधानसभा सीटों पर मतदान संपन्न हो गया। इसके साथ ही 168 उम्मीदवारों की किस्मत ईवीएम में बंद हो गई। अब तक के मिल रहे आंकड़ों के मुताबिक यहां करीब 84 प्रतिशत मतदाताओं ने अपने मताधिकार का इस्तेमाल किया है।चुनाव आयोग के अनुसार, मतदान के आंकड़े बढ़ने के आसार हैं, क्योंकि 3 बजे वोटिंग की अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद भी मतदान केंद्रों में मतदाताओं की लंबी कतार लगी थी। चुनाव आयोग ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर बताया, ‘विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले चरण के तहत 84 प्रतिशत (संभावित) वोट पड़े हैं।’
